The Dean of Students is composed of a dedicated professional staff whose mission is to create a culture of care. For a population of over 60,000 students, the DSO is a relatively small office. For an office that runs big programs, provides a variety of care services and ensures the well-being of all students and families requires the help of talented University of Florida students.
